RESERVATION INFORMATION
- Published rates are for advanced reservations only; walk-in rates may vary.
- These rates are for double occupancy, and rates may change throughout the season based on availability. Minimum night stays must apply.
- Children are persons.
- No charge for children 12 and under.
- 6% Maryland Sales Tax and 6% Ocean City Room Tax not included. A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of three nights or more, one night’s deposit required on reservations of less than three nights. Deposit must accompany reservation request form, balance due on arrival.
- Reservations are subject to management confirmation.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am
- If a reservation is canceled 7 days before the arrival date, a refund will be issued minus a $25.00 Cancellation Fee.
- No refunds after check-in.
- Parking: One Space Per Room
- All rooms come equipped with a personal safe for your convenience. A nominal per-day fee will be charged regardless of use.
