I was nervous with mixed reviews and the more then reasonable July rates. Not only was the staff super nice and accommodating but the hotel was in a great location and our room was perfect for our little family trip. The staff was very helpful and was able to get us in a room on the first floor due to a leg issue. The room was super clean and much more nicer then I expected with such affordable rates! I will def return!

It was a nice, cute room. One hotel away from the beach, ocean side. A few hotels from the start of the boardwalk. The front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Outdoor showers were available before our rooms were ready so we went to the beach while we waited. No breakfast in the am. We will be back!

This little motel is actually really great for what it is. 30 second walk to the beach. Clean rooms. Perfect location in the middle of everything great about OC. A short ride either way to Seacrets, the Boardwalk, other great bars, restaurants, and right across the street from the amusement park. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great for a place to crash at the end of the night and great for waking up and going right to the beach and other fun spots in OC.

Good location. Very close to beach and Higgins Crab house. Have stayed there three times and will be back next year as well.

Amazing! Super clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is amazing. Beach is about a 2 minute walk away and boardwalk isn’t far. Definitely recommend!!!!!

This place is a real bargain for a last minute trip “down the ocean” Hon! It’s squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff is very congenial and welcoming. Great HEATED pool! Perfect for soothing the tight muscles after a long ride. The beach is just a block away. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella.
I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Love it!

I needed a last minute place for daughter and friends to stay. Babbi Slack was great and so helpful in assisting me in booking the room from 3 hours away. She was so kind to my daughter and friends and made them feel welcome. They stated the room was clean and so nice. They had fabulous time and want to go stay again. Close to everything.

Stayed a few nights with my Pops in September/off season. We arrived 3 hours early and they let us check in which was awesome. When we 1st checked in, the safe didn’t work but we called the front desk, and a maintenance guy came out and replaced the battery immediately. The room was very clean, a little older and just what we needed for a few nights just minutes from the beach. Also, the staff was very friendly and it had a solid pool. The room did need some more towel racks. Finally, we did get an amazing rate because of the off season stay.
