I’m extremely pleased with the service. All employees are extremely well mannered and everyday my room is fresh and clean. Prices are great I will be looking to stay here every time.

My initial thoughts of the hotel was okay let me see what my significant other h as s gotten me into now. The staff was responsive when we needed things like extra towels and a cup of coffee. Brenda our person who was in charge of maintaining our room was very attentive and we do not need to ask for anything she saw what we needed and had it to our room before we could ask.

This was our 2nd stay at Thunderbird Beach Motel and we were not disappointed! The room was clean and roomy and there was never an issue to get extra towels. Our maid, room 108, was awesome! We arrived on June 14th and checked out on June 18th. Since the Fireman’ s Parade was on the day of check out, they allowed us to remained parked at the hotel after check out. Already planning to go back next year!

We just loved the people that worked there! It’s perfect for us we stay here every year! So close to the beach and other attractions. We stay with other friends and the hotel always gives us room next to each other, which no hotel has ever done for us in OC.

Its just what you need for that little get away at a great price! Easy access to many different attractions in the area. Housekeeping lady was wonderful and very helpful. Had a few issues with different guest while visiting this last time but the hotel quickly resolved it.

Very helpful staff and very clean rooms. Beds were comfortable and since we were there after Labor Day for 2 nights the pool was not crowded and it was heated which was a special plus. We forgot an item when we left and the staff found it immediately and we were able to get it back the following week. If we go to Ocean City again we will plan to stay again.

The hotel was a great place to stay at for a short vacation. Restaurants are close by, easy access to the beach which was right behind the hotel. Boardwalk is a close walk. Nothing really to do there though. There’s an amusement park across the street.

My friend and I stayed here in August of 2012 and were happy with our stay. Even though the motel dates from the `60’s, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had decent amenities. My friend and I were actually impressed that the the room had a new flat scree LCD TV.

The staff at the Thunderbird Motel were VERY nice and VERY helpful. My friend found out that the motel is actually a family run business.

The location is also really good considering it is toward the upper end of the beach. The beach itself was with in a few steps of the motel, and we had easy access to everything else. Also, while the motel is not actually on the Board Walk, it is close enough.

All in all, both my friend and I were very happy with our stay, I would recommend the motel to our friends.

We were in town for a long weekend, and this place worked well. Room was clean, the motel was a block from the beach, and about 4 blocks from the boardwalk. Bar across the street served breakfast and drinks. We will be going back next year.

I brought my 3 teeneage sons for a beach get-away. The Thunderbird was perfect. Nice beds and the bathroom was clean. The pool is well-maintained and heated nicely so you can swim even when it is chilly out! Staff responded to everything immediately and was very friendly and accomodating. Location was great too…as close to the beach as you can get without being ocean front. Nice breakfast place right across the street and everything you would need within walking distance. The boardwalk starts only a few blocks away. We didn’t mind, but if you have trouble climbing stairs…there is no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor. We would highly recommend to people looking for a good deal!
