This place was great…service was great and friendly, the kids absolutely loved the pool and the rooms were the perfect size for 4 people! Plus as crazy as this sounds, we lost our room key the first night smh lol and normally it would cost 5 dollars to get another one but the lady at the check in desk just laughed and have us another one for free!!! Perfect service!!!

The title says it all! This is the perfect little beach motel. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful in finding a good seafood restaurant. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and I loved how it was away from the boardwalk. The location is also perfect. You are walking distance to Anthony’s which is a liquor store AND a delicious deli and store. You are also close to Secrets, and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back to the Thunderbird!!

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. I was worried with it being an older place. I was pleasantly surprised when I went in the room. It was very clean and nice. The parking lot was crowded, but to be expected on the car show weekend. I would stay here again. The heated outdoor pool is a plus.

My boyfriend and I agree that the Thunderbird was perfect for our weekend in OC, MD. It was in a great location, the price was awesome, and we didn’t have any issues with the room. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel lobby was cute and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and staff was pleasant. Housekeeping checked with us each day to meet our needs. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Just a short walk to the beach and 3-4 blocks from the boardwalk. (they have buses for those who cant walk the distance) They have a pool to keep you cool when not at the beach which is cleaned every morning. Parking was a little tight, but free. (no complaints here!) Our room had a micro and fridge, 2 queen beds (for my girlfriend and I) a safe, phone, small table and 2 chairs. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is clean and close to the beach and activities like amusement and water park which is actually across the street. The hotel provides you with a parking permit for the length of time of your stay.
